This recipe makes about 20 small ones, or 12 small ones and 3 medium ones.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour (I used whole wheat all purpose baking flour because I ran out of coconut flour)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup of sweetener or honey

  • ¼ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

  • ½ banana (mashed)

  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Spray donut trays with cooking spray and set aside

  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then add the wet to the dry

  4. Fill the donut trays about 2/3 full with batter

  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until a fully cooked inside!

I would’ve used coconut flour but had ran out so used what I had listed above. It has a taste to it so I had to had more cinnamon, and sweetener to mask the taste of the flour. Just a side note!
