Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins/Loaf

I have tweaked this recipe so many times and I finally have perfected it! So many people loved this recipe so I’m excited to finally share it. If you try it, I really hope you enjoy - tweet me if you do!

Ingredients (for 12 muffins or 1 loaf and a few regular sizes or mini muffins):
3 overripe bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup organic brown sugar
2.5 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten (or egg replacer)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Mix your dry ingredients (minus the chocolate chips)
In a separate bowl, mash your bananas then add in the remaining wet ingredients)
Add the wet ingredients to the dry
Fold in chocolate chips
Spray muffin liners or a loaf tray and evenly distribute the batter
For muffins: Bake for 25 minutes or until a pick comes out clean
For loaves (size as pictured): Bake for 35 minutes or until a pick comes out clean)
Remove and let cool, then transfer to a wire rack till they cool completely
