Avocado Chicken Wrap

I used a low carb tortilla which you can get here . They’re amazing and it’s shocking how few net carbs they have! If you’re watching your carb intake then these are perfect for you because they taste great and are filling/satisfying.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash avocado in a bowl

  2. Add all the ingredients

  3. Stir it up

  4. Place it in a tortilla and roll it up

  5. Heat it on a panini press, or in an oven/toaster oven, flipping it to get grill marks on both sides so that it’s heated all the way through

I dipped it in honey mustard, although it tasted great on it’s own as well. I just really love honey mustard.
