Avocado Chicken Wrap

I used a low carb tortilla which you can get here . They’re amazing and it’s shocking how few net carbs they have! If you’re watching your carb intake then these are perfect for you because they taste great and are filling/satisfying.

Ingredients:
1 Joseph’s Low Carb Tortilla (Or any whole wheat tortilla that you have)
½ avocado
½ chicken breast
Mixed greens (I used a pre-made kale and spinach/dry coleslaw mix)
A few tbsp of red onion
Pepper
Basil
Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mash avocado in a bowl
Add all the ingredients
Stir it up
Place it in a tortilla and roll it up
Heat it on a panini press, or in an oven/toaster oven, flipping it to get grill marks on both sides so that it’s heated all the way through
I dipped it in honey mustard, although it tasted great on it’s own as well. I just really love honey mustard.
