Ingredients (for 12 bars):

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (I would’ve used almond flour because it’s lower in carbs but I ran out)

  • ¼ cup light becel margerine

  • ¾ cup almond/soy/peanut butter (soy butter tastes better than almond butter, don’t know about pb because I’m allergic)

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup brown sugar replacer

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 2. Mix the margerine, butter, and splenda 3. Add in the remaining wet ingredients except milk 4. Add in the dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) 5. Stir in milk 6. Fold in chocolate chips 7. Spray an 8x8 baking tray with cooking spray (or line it with aluminum foil and then spray it - that’s what I did, as it yields less of a mess to clean up afterwards!) 8. Pour the batter into the tray and smooth it out with your fingers (cover your hands in flour to prevent them from sticking to the batter too much. The dough will be thick so just press it in with your fingers and smooth the top and what not 9. Bake for around 20 mins 10. Take out and let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy! For the chocolate drizzle: I mixed 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips with 1 tbsp almond milk and ½ tsp coconut oil, microwaved it for 20 seconds and then stirred it up
