Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This healthy smoothie definitely satisfies any sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • .5 cup ice cubes

  • .5 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk

  • .5 cup water

  • .5 scoop chocolate whey protein (if you don’t have chocolate use vanilla, but add unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder to make it more chocolatey

  • < ¼ tsp mint extract (it is very STRONG so add the tinniest bits at a time and adjust to your liking!)

  • 1 truvia packet

  • Optional: 1 tbsp walden farms pancake syrup (I love it so much I add it to all of my smoothies but you don’t have to)

Directions:

Blend! Add some dark chocolate bits on top as pictured if you want a little bit more chocolate :)

Approximate Nutritional Information (varies as per the size of your banana, or if you add cocoa powder): 177 calories, 1.5g fat, 15g protein
