Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This healthy smoothie definitely satisfies any sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
.5 cup ice cubes
.5 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
.5 cup water
.5 scoop chocolate whey protein (if you don’t have chocolate use vanilla, but add unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder to make it more chocolatey
< ¼ tsp mint extract (it is very STRONG so add the tinniest bits at a time and adjust to your liking!)
1 truvia packet
Optional: 1 tbsp walden farms pancake syrup (I love it so much I add it to all of my smoothies but you don’t have to)
Directions:
Blend! Add some dark chocolate bits on top as pictured if you want a little bit more chocolate :)
Approximate Nutritional Information (varies as per the size of your banana, or if you add cocoa powder): 177 calories, 1.5g fat, 15g protein
