Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 pitted dates
½ tbsp enjoy life chocolate chips (lactose/nut/gluten free)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp walden farms sugar/fat free pancake syrup
Instructions: 1. Mix everything together (except chocolate chips) 2. Pop in food processor or blender (food processor is better because it’s easier to scrape everything out after) until it’s smooth (I added ¼ cup of water twice because it wasn’t moving) 3. Pour back into bowl and fold in chocolate chips 4. Put in the freezer for a few minutes until it thickens
When it’s ready roll the dough into balls and roll them in sprinkles or shredded (unsweetened) coconut! Or eat them as is
