Vanilla & Maple Cake Batter Pancakes

These were so delicious, and as some of you may know, were perfect for my sweet tooth! I love this recipe because they are low carb and high in protein.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp stevia (optional)
1 cap of vanilla extract
A splash of maple extract
1 tsp sprinkles
3 egg whites (6 tbsp of carton egg whites)
Instructions:
Let the pan heat up while your mixing the batter
Mix the dry ingredients then add in the wet ingredients
Cook on a sprayed pan on low-medium heat (a 2 on my stove)
Cook for about 1:30 then flip and cook for about 45 more seconds
Top with sugar free maple syrup
