Vanilla & Maple Cake Batter Pancakes

These were so delicious, and as some of you may know, were perfect for my sweet tooth! I love this recipe because they are low carb and high in protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp stevia (optional)

  • 1 cap of vanilla extract

  • A splash of maple extract

  • 1 tsp sprinkles

  • 3 egg whites (6 tbsp of carton egg whites)

Instructions:

  1. Let the pan heat up while your mixing the batter

  2. Mix the dry ingredients then add in the wet ingredients

  3. Cook on a sprayed pan on low-medium heat (a 2 on my stove)

  4. Cook for about 1:30 then flip and cook for about 45 more seconds

  5. Top with sugar free maple syrup
